We are accepting new patients!

Please have the following documents ready when you come in:

1. Valid Doctor's Recommendation
2. Valid California Driver's License ~or~ Valid California ID Card

We will verify your recommendation, check your ID and then have you complete some paperwork to become a member of our collective.  It only takes a few minutes and then you will have all the benefits that our collective offers!
